A waterfront residence along Fire Island Inlet, oriented to capture expansive southern and western views and evening sunsets. The curved front façade draws inspiration from ocean waves, while the rear opens toward unobstructed views of the inlet.
The coastal setting required careful coordination of erosion engineering, environmental impact mitigation, and extensive state and local approvals. The design responds to these site constraints while keeping the home’s connection to the water central to the experience.
