The project included an accessory dwelling unit to serve as a flexible use AirBNB rental and owner retreat. the redesign of the backyard included extensive landscape and drainage design to accommodate the sloped site and hardscape area. A timely project completion was priority for the owner, we coordinated this project with multiple consultants to deliver a fast track, phased cd package for an on-time delivery.
