After a refinement of the owner's program and presentation of multiple design schemes, we decided on a layout that maximized the privacy of the daytime/shared use space, preserved the natural plants and trees of the site, and met the client's design requirements.
a lofty and open living area and kitchen open up to a flexible outdoor entertaining space, while the 2-floor bedroom wing of the residence creates a buffer from the busy daytime public walk.
A balance between schematic layout, decorative screening and fence and abundant landscaping created a quiet and private retreat for this client
